Publishers Marketplace should work in any browser released within
the last few years. We officially support these browsers:
AOL for Macintosh:
AOL software for Macintosh is known to have trouble with various pages at
Publishers Marketplace and is not supported. Please note that you may use another
browser even while you're connected to the Internet through AOL. Try viewing
our site with Safari
or Firefox.
Macintosh OS 9 users:
Internet Explorer for MacOS 9 ("Classic") is no longer supported. If you must
continue to use OS 9, you have two options: iCab or
Mozilla 1.2.1.
Out of the box, iCab does not display the site well. You'll need to
go to Edit > Preferences > Special > Compatibility and check the three boxes
that refer to the <TD> tag and to table cell widths. Mozilla,
which renders our site better but which is less secure, will still occasionally
throw an error ("Document contains no data"); this can generally be solved by
closing or refreshing the window.
