I hung out my shingle as a literary agent in 2007 after building a small clientele of writers. An avid reader with eclectic taste in non-fiction and fiction, I bring 30 years of writing, translating, editing and independent publishing experience to the agency. I love working with authors to help them produce their best work and then present it to the marketplace.

We are currently looking for exciting new nonfiction projects by authors with a platform who wish to build a brand with multiple projects.

We are interested in nonfiction of all kinds, including

• Mind/body/spirit titles of all kinds
• Innovative nutrition/diet books
• How-to books of all kinds
• Self-help titles from top-platformed authors
• Anything that brings an innovative or fresh perspective or format to long-standing parenting topics
• Books related to college admissions or college survival

• Narrative nonfiction titles by platformed authors
• Interesting, nichey cookbooks

We are also actively looking for novels with emotional complexity, written by authors with unique voices. Books with humor, mystery, drama, romantic suspense--all types and tones can be right for us. If your manuscript is exciting, electrifying, and exceptional we want to know more.

Earlier in her career Goering studied creative writing at Tufts, German in Vienna, and Danish in Copenhagen. She graduated from the Copenhagen Business School and worked as a Danish/English translator in Europe. She received her juris doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law. She has worked as a freelance writer, published a regional magazine, acted as Editor-in-Chief of a law journal, and practiced law.
