This page is only for members of Publishers Marketplace whose accounts
have been suspended. We suspend accounts only after our attempts
to process your membership fee have failed several times, and
after having notified you of that fact and given you the chance
to update your billing information. If you did not receive an
e-mail from us titled "Unable to process your membership fee,"
it may be because the e-mail address we have on record is no
longer current.
In any case, you may restore your account by logging in here
using your current user name and password. You'll then be
taken to a page where you can enter valid credit card information.
If we are able to process your membership fee with that card,
your account will be immediately restored.
